Job Description:
Position Summary Cypress Health Partners is the largest provider
of chiropractic and outpatient physical therapy services in
Massachusetts and is growing to share our care model within the
Northeast. We are a provider owned and operated company and are
devoted to the health and wellbeing of our patients. Offering
exceptional, innovative chiropractic and physical therapy services,
our dedicated professionals strive to restore each individual's
maximal function.As a Business Development Representative, you will
work to drive education around the benefits of chiropractic care to
each clinic's surrounding community for the purpose of increasing
new patient volume at each clinic location. You will be responsible
for setting up community health talks, health fairs,
community-based events, road races and business lunch and learns,
etc. to help accomplish the goals of acquiring increased new
patient leads for each clinic.You will also be responsible for
partnering with attorneys to identify business opportunities and
generate referral volume that benefits all company service lines
across chiropractic and physical therapy clinics.Hours/
Compensation 25-30 hours per week $25/hour plus performance-based
incentives Responsibilities Source community events appropriate for
MCR - 40% Maintain and grow attorney relationships - 40% Collect,
track and analyze contact and organization intelligence and
enter/track/utilize/report in our Salesforce.com CRM system - 10%
Collaborates with VP MCR Operations to develop strategies, report
progress, as well as brainstorm tactics to overcome barriers and
ensure success of the programs. - 10% Essential Functions Actively
sources and schedules community events appropriate for MCR
Chiropractic to attend to educate the public on chiropractic care
and conduct assessments via table display or screenings. e.. Health
Fairs, Road Races, Community Days, etc. Actively sources and
schedules community organizations appropriate for MCR
Chiropractic's doctors to perform educational lectures / talks.
Council on Aging, Assisted Living Centers, Businesses, Local Mom's
Groups, Church Groups, Elementary Schools, etc. Develop and
maintain relationships with key stakeholders in legal firms to
drive partnerships, results, and long-term client relationships
Manage attorney customer service calls with dedicated operations
personnel, resolving all attorney service issues as needed.
Measurement KPI's will be focused on events scheduled, attorney
relationship growth as well as aggregate new patient totals. Duties
& Responsibilities Meets, prepared, with VP of Clinical Operations
at designed frequency to report on progress as well as present
ideas around any perceived stopgaps/barriers, or ideas to help
ensure success, of programs Communicates with expediency any client
feedback to VP of Clinical Operations
