here.OVERVIEW OF ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIESWe have an immediate
opening for a Spanish-speaking Student Aide.The position is based
at Match High School, located on 1001 Commonwealth Ave. in
Brighton. A student aide supports the success of a single Match
student. The aide will be expected to provide help with
implementation of skills and goals in line with the students
educational and therapeutic needs. Throughout the school day, the
aide will support the student during instructional times both in
and out of the classroom, and during lunch, breaks, and other
non-instructional times. The Student Aide is an integral member of
our school team, and is a great opportunity for someone who
relishes the idea of supporting a single student. The student aide
role allows for the fostering of an inclusive community, skill
development, social-emotional growth, and the unique opportunity to
support a student.Student Aides are responsible for developing deep
relationships with students, and leveraging those relationships to
ensure that students are getting the support they need to meet
their academic and personal potential.QUALIFICATIONSResearch has
