Job Description:

Our client is a property management company located in the Seaport area, just outside of the Innovation District. This company has been in business since 1909! They are looking for a long term Transaction Coordinator with a chance to hire someone permanently if it's the right fit. The phones are constantly busy and this is a fast paced job. You'll be answering calls from tenants, engineers, maintenance staff, and internal staff. If there are emergencies called in, you'll be entering the work orders into their database. You'll update Excel spreadsheets, distribute mail, handle packages, and operate a 10-line switchboard. You'll also review applications and interact with tenants. This role pays between $20-23/hour depending on experience.
