Job Title: Construction Estimator

Responsibilities:

• 
  
• Review project plans, specifications, and related documents to determine project requirements.
  
• Conduct a thorough analysis of project scope, materials, labor, and other relevant factors to prepare accurate cost estimates.
  
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, and project management teams to gather necessary information and clarify project details.
  
• Identify and quantify cost factors, including labor, equipment, materials, subcontractors, and any other relevant expenses.
  
• Utilize industry-specific software and tools to generate detailed estimates and cost breakdowns.
  
  Requirements:
  
  • 
    
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
    
  • Proven experience as an Estimator in a similar industry, preferably [industry/sector].
    
  • Proficiency in using estimating software and tools.
    
  • Knowledge of construction codes, regulations, and industry standards.
    
  • Professional certifications (e.g., Certified Estimating Professional) are a plus.
