Paradise Locker Meats (PLM) is seeking an experienced candidate to fill our CURE MASTER-SAUSAGE/GRIND LEADposition starting immediately. Covid vaccination is NOT required. Monday - Friday hours with probable overtime - NO WEEKENDS! We are looking for a smart, fun, positive and engaged employee to join our growing and dynamic team.     • Grind and stuff all meat to be made into hamburger and sausage products
    • Perform daily checks on grinding and stuffing equipment
    • The Production of Quality Further Processed Meats
    • Take finished orders into freezer and log locations
    • The Curing and Smoking of Different Kinds of Meats and Products
    • Assist in other departments as needed Work environment: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is exposed to extreme cold temperatures, strong odors, blood and raw meat products, Smoke House room temperature changing environment, loud noises.       • Ability to work well with others

      • One year experience in meat products production
