Paradise Locker Meats (PLM) is seeking an experienced candidate
to fill our CURE MASTER-SAUSAGE/GRIND LEADposition starting
immediately. Covid vaccination is NOT required. Monday - Friday
hours with probable overtime - NO WEEKENDS! We are looking for a

- Grind and stuff all meat to be made into hamburger and sausage
products
- Perform daily checks on grinding and stuffing equipment
- The Production of Quality Further Processed Meats
- Take finished orders into freezer and log locations
- The Curing and Smoking of Different Kinds of Meats and
Products
- Assist in other departments as needed Work environment: While
performing the duties of this job, the employee is exposed to
extreme cold temperatures, strong odors, blood and raw meat
products, Smoke House room temperature changing environment, loud
noises. Skills and Experience Needed for Success:
- Ability to work well with others

- One year experience in meat products production
