This Store Planner position requires candidates to develops Fixture plans and Architectural Criteria Drawings for new stores, relocations, expansions, remodels, and special projects for all store chains. They make design decisions to create plans for each project based on site-specific requirements and budget guidelines, ensuring that standards are met. environment. • Pay starting at 39.00 per hour
• Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm

Responsibilities for a Store Planner include but are not limited to:
• Project management
• Design
• Trouble-shoot site-specific challenges that arise during planning, drawing, and the construction phase of assigned projects
• Develop site-specific plans and architectural drawings that adhere to Construction budget and store opening schedule Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered:
• MUST have working knowledge of REVIT and ACAD Retail store and fixture layout.
• Basic understanding of retail store operations, building architecture.
• Knowledge of construction procedures, and related codes.
