The Return to Work Specialist is responsible for the equitable and justified investigation, evaluation and settlement/closure of workers' compensation claims in accordance with the A.I.M. Mutual Insurance Company's specified standards, industry requirements, and audit procedures.This position offers a hybrid working schedule after an initial training period.We're looking for someone that:has at least an Associate's degree along with relevant work experience, or a Bachelor's degree,has 3 to 5 years of claim experience, preferably workers' compensation,can work independently and organizes and prioritizes work, andhas exceptional communications skills and strong attention to detail.Who We AreA.I.M.
