Luxury marble and tile company specializing in high-end residential and commercial projects is looking for a positive, highly organized, and personable Project Coordinator to join our team! You'll connect with new people, tackle tough problems, and raise the bar on an excellent client experience. Responsibilities:
The Project Coordinator is responsible for leading our client-facing communications, invoicing, project status communications, and working inside CRM software like Hubspot to organize and coordinate our sales team, among other day-to-day project-specific tasks.The ideal candidate is a positive, growth-minded, and personable individual with excellent problem-solving skills. To succeed in this role you must be extremely organized, pay attention to the details, and communicate well with clients and within the team. The ability to make decisions is crucial for this position.
