  Responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Specialist:
  • Daily review and processing of invoices
    
  • Handle all aspects of vendor disbursements; including generation of physical checks, GL posting, and mailing payments
    
  • Assist in preparation of annual 1099s
    Background required of the Accounts Payable Specialist:
    • 1+ years experience in accounts payable
      
    • Bachelors degree or experience equivalent
      
    • Property Management software experience preferred
