Job Description:
WHAT YOU''LL DO As the Content Studio Co-op youll support BCGs
editorial and multimedia team in ushering content through the
content creation process. Youll help coordinate steps along the
workflow such as tracking data related to content projects and
resources and assisting the digital content team with organization
of project details. Youll support the operations team in
maintaining our mailbox, Wrike Platform, Slack channel, and Trello
boards, and help our freelancers troubleshoot issues related to
these tools. Youll aid in documenting and updating our guidelines
around process and content creation best practices and assist with
making the information more broadly available and easily
accessible. Youll also help coordinate the creation and maintenance
of bcg.com expert bio pages. Youll support the multimedia team with
on-site media filming shoots in Boston and assuming responsibility
for day-to-day basic video editing and video streaming link
requests through BCGs digital channels (Bcg.com, social media).
YOU''RE GOOD AT * Excellent attention to detail and strong
organizational skills * Ability to prioritize and balance multiple
projects, and to lead projects from start to finish * Flexibility
to learn new tools, processes, and approaches * Collaborative,
flexible, solutions-oriented * Turning ideas into visual concepts *
Comfortable and effective working in a group, but also
independently YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS) * Must be an
undergraduate student currently enrolled in Northeastern University
and approved by the university to participate in the January to
June 2024 co-op cycle * Strong MS Word and Excel skills * Excellent
interpersonal and communication skills * Proficiency in project
tracking and management. Experience with agile communication and
project management tools (Slack, Trello, Wrike SharePoint) a plus *
Knowledge in post-production video editing for video content
creation (Adobe Premiere) * Basic filming production of video
content projects is a plus YOU''LL WORK WITH Youll partner with the
content operations team, as well as the multimedia team, digital
content managers, editors, writers, and the digital team. You may
also interact with the firms partners and practice area
marketers.
