The RoleAs the Performance Insights Squad Leader, you blend business intelligence and consultation expertise with a passion for delivering results. As the product owner you are the end-to-end gatekeeper of the squad mission, strategy, and tactical execution associated with delivering on strategic priorities for Performance Insights. In an agile structure, you will partner with other Fidelity leaders to influence the broader strategic decisions, roadmaps and resource requirements, set and refine the mission, and bring together a team to execute on specific product features and ensure respective products or services are available, stable, performant, and supported when required. You will ensure alignment on the \u201Cwhat\u201D and \u201Cwhen\u201D work is to be performed through ongoing planning and prioritization of a product backlog. You will enable squad members to work iteratively, innovate through testing and experimentation and learn from failures while celebrating success. You are committed to developing your own expertise and knowledge to ensure you bring the latest thinking to your role.

• Defining, refining, and communicating the squads' mission and roadmap to motivate and build team and partner support and alignment\u00A0
  • Anticipating, discovering through ongoing interaction with, and prioritizing client / partner needs to serve as their voice and guide execution of the team\u00A0
  • Defining, evaluating, and communicating results against acceptance criteria\u00A0
  • Inspecting and evaluating progress, and removing impediments\u00A0
  • Measuring performance against established objectives and KPI s that deliver on agreed upon business, technology, and people results\u00A0
  • Collaborating and coordinating with Chapter Leaders and Scrum Masters to build squad capacity and capability and enabling squad member growth, development and learning\u00A0
    • Making informed trade-off decisions to strike the right balance between quality, cost, and timelines
      The Expertise and Skill You Bring
      • Bachelor s degree required
      • Agile Leadership Experience preferred
      • Certified Scrum Product Owner or relevant experience desired
      • 5-10 years of proven experience and/or digital product management
      • Skilled at using data and insights to develop effective strategic vision and product roadmaps
      • Experience designing, developing and maintaining dynamic products and solutions
      • Experience working directly with sales, service & relationship management professionals; supporting deployment related activities and solution consulting
      • Strong communication, presentation and collaboration experience with business partners and customers alike
      • Financial services experience, preferred
      • Jira and Jira Align experience preferred\u00A0
      • You take a data-focused approach to understanding customer needs, translate strategic objectives into action, and prioritize to improve value delivered\u00A0
      • You grasp sophisticated product features and break them into clear and concise stories with well-defined business value and acceptance criteria and optimally communicate these\u00A0
      • You have a strong focus on execution and identify, communicate and remove impediments to progress\u00A0
      • You are capable of leading, influencing, and motivating colleagues without formal authority, and have a track record of building high-performing teams\u00A0

      • You possess robust knowledge of the business intelligence industry and have a have a background in business analytics, data mining and/or data visualization
      • You are comfortable working in a highly complex and fast paced environment
      • Maintaining relationships with cross product area squad leaders, business partners and field stakeholders
