Accounts Payable SpecialistCreative Financial Staffing has partnered with a rapidly growing private equity firm on a search for an Accounts Payable Specialist to lead pivotal accounting and accounts payable roles within a private equity firm. You'll drive financial excellence for 20+ active portfolio companies and contribute to the growth of their 35-member team. The Accounts Payable Specialist will report directly to the Chief Financial Officer.Core Responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Specialist

• Manage accounts payable
  
• Oversee portfolio company billbacks and vendor relationships.
  
• Review employee expense reports
  
• Record accurate financials
  
• Play a key role in HR coordination, payroll, and benefits management, including the 401K Plan.
  Qualifications for the Accounts Payable Specialist
  • Bachelors Degree
    
  • Proven accounts payable experience
    
  • Strong collaboration skills across the organization
    
  • Impeccable attention to detail
    
  • Team-oriented approach
    
  • Proficiency in Quickbooks and Microsoft Office suite is essential.
