strategically searching for experienced Lead Superintendent with
proven experience providing successful full-scope oversight of
large ground-up commercial projects. Client DetailsGenerating $500M
in annual revenue, my long-time is known as one of New England's
go-to GCs for the design-build of ground-up commercial construction
projects, mainly in the multifamily, health-care, and
higher-education sectors throughout the state of MA. Competing with
industry leaders in the Boston area, the company emphasizes

methods.Description
- Oversees daily operations at a construction site
- Leads daily morning meetings with the entire crew
- Hires, trains, and manages construction workers
- Follows construction drawings and approved plans
- Uses popular construction management software
- Orders necessary equipment, tools, and materials
- Helps to set and stick to the budget and schedule
- Writes daily logs and other necessary documentation
- Makes sure all local, state, and national business codes and
regulations are followed
- Ensures that the team adheres to all company policies and
safety protocolsProfile
- 5+ years of experience as the Lead Superintendent on ground-up
commercial construction projects - multifamily, health-care, and/or
higher-education sectors - oversight of various scopes of work
ranging from foundation, structure and facade through MEP to
interior rough and finish
- MA-CSL & OSHA 30
- p6 Primavera & MS Project
- Stand-out leadership skills
- Ability to effectively communicate and motivate all project
