Full-Time - $25/hr - Comprehensive Benefits
As an Intake Specialist, you'll play a key role in managing new
referrals, ensuring accurate patient information, and coordinating
communication between patients, caregivers, and our clinical team.

What You'll Do:
- Manage intake paperwork & verify patient information
- Communicate with patients, caregivers, and the clinical
team
- Handle insurance verifications & authorizations
- Assist with appeals & prior authorizations

#PMRequirements:Local Candidates Only - You must live in
Massachusetts or Rhode Island and be able to commute to our
Mansfield office.
- Experienced in Healthcare Intake Specialist - Minimum 2 years
of experience in a home healthcare setting.
- Regulatory & Compliance Knowledge - Understanding of healthcare
regulations and compliance standards.
- Customer Service Pro - Strong organizational skills and a
passion for providing excellent support.
- Top-Notch Communicator - Excellent written and verbal
communication skills to collaborate with patients, caregivers, and
our team.
- Tech-Savvy - Comfortable using Microsoft Office and other
computer programs.
- Detail-Oriented & Efficient - Ability to multitask, stay
organized, and maintain a professional demeanor in a fast-paced
environment.
- Team Player & Independent Worker - Thrive both independently
and collaboratively while providing compassionate service to
