Full-Time - $25/hr - Comprehensive Benefits
As an Intake Specialist, you'll play a key role in managing new referrals, ensuring accurate patient information, and coordinating communication between patients, caregivers, and our clinical team. If you have a keen eye for detail, excellent customer service skills, and a passion for helping others, this role is for you!

  What You'll Do:
  • Manage intake paperwork & verify patient information
  • Communicate with patients, caregivers, and the clinical team
  • Handle insurance verifications & authorizations
  • Assist with appeals & prior authorizations

    #PMRequirements:Local Candidates Only - You must live in Massachusetts or Rhode Island and be able to commute to our Mansfield office.
    • Experienced in Healthcare Intake Specialist - Minimum 2 years of experience in a home healthcare setting.
    • Regulatory & Compliance Knowledge - Understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
    • Customer Service Pro - Strong organizational skills and a passion for providing excellent support.
    • Top-Notch Communicator - Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with patients, caregivers, and our team.
    • Tech-Savvy - Comfortable using Microsoft Office and other computer programs.
    • Detail-Oriented & Efficient - Ability to multitask, stay organized, and maintain a professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment.
