market is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead and elevate its
corporate marketing strategy. This is an opportunity to join a

The Marketing Manager is responsible for aligning corporate
marketing strategy with business development efforts and overall
company goals. This person will lead marketing initiatives, manage
internal and external resources, and ensure a unified brand
presence across all platforms. You’ll collaborate closely with
leadership, sales, and project teams to drive measurable growth.
Key Responsibilities Strategy & Leadership Develop and execute
corporate marketing strategy aligned with business development
goals Coordinate internal and external marketing resources to
ensure consistency Track marketing ROI and provide performance
reporting to leadership Supervise Marketing & Sales Assistant CRM &
Analytics Administer company CRM system Manage client data, sales
pipeline tracking, and reporting Generate and track e-blasts and
digital campaigns Brand & Content Develop and enforce brand
guidelines Create and manage marketing collateral, proposals, and
graphics Oversee website content, traffic analytics, and visibility
strategy Write content including press releases, e-blasts, and
publications Coordinate photography and video production Business
Development Support Organize sponsorships and marketing events
Manage Center of Influence relationships Research awards, speaking
opportunities, and industry engagement Develop market-specific
materials Digital & Social Media Build brand awareness through
social platforms Create content that drives inbound traffic Monitor
marketing trends and implement improvements Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or
related field Approximately 8 years of marketing experience
(construction or AEC experience preferred) Strong analytical
mindset with ability to forecast trends and evaluate ROI Creative
thinker who understands both strategy and execution Strong
communication and presentation skills Experience with CRM systems
Proficiency in Adobe InDesign required Familiarity with web,
graphic, and digital marketing tools Ideal Candidate Energetic and
optimistic Strategic but hands-on Comfortable collaborating across
departments Data-driven but creatively minded Motivated by building
