As a Senior Business Analyst on our Product Insights & Operations team, you will play a critical role in helping customers and learners achieve their goals. You will collaborate with senior leaders to develop business and product strategy, and deliver solutions to meet customer and learner needs. You will work closely with cross-functional partners to develop new frameworks, collect qualitative and quantitative data, conduct business and product analyses, and deliver actionable insights that drive investment decisions. You will be responsible for executing on existing KPIs while also identifying and creating new processes and KPIs where needed. Ultimately you will deliver better learner outcomes and yield highly valued business results as you solve analytical problems and influence change across the organization.   • Partner and collaborate with product, marketing, strategy and operations teams to develop and connect data-informed business and product strategy
  • Develop frameworks and generate business and product insights to inform investment decisions
  • Conduct market and customer research together with complex data analyses
  • Identify, evaluate, and recommend opportunities to increase the value delivered to learners and customers
  • Measure success outcomes by defining, measuring, and visualizing key metrics
  • Communicate insights and recommendations to leaders across the organization
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to implement recommendations, with a focus on delivering measurable business results Experience you'll need
    • Combined 5+ years of strategy and analytics experience
    • Demonstrated ability to analyze large data sets, generate actionable insights, and deliver business results
    • High proficiency in SQL required and Tableau experience preferred
    • Proficiency in R and/or Python is a plus
    • Experience and understanding working with data platforms and familiarity with different data structures
    • Passion for leveraging analytical insights and visualizations to tell compelling stories
    • Extensive experience preparing clear and compelling documents and presentations
    • Comfortable presenting to business leaders
    • Strong relationship builder & interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to collaborate and partner with cross-functional teams
    • Experience leading and delivering successful cross-functional initiatives in large organizations
