Mid-sized software company is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst with a strong business acumen to add to their growing team. This position is open due to rapid growth within the organization, so this person needs to be comfortable in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. In addition to core FP&A duties such as budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning and financial modeling, this position will also have heavy involvement in Business Partnering with various different departments within the organization.The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Finance and 4-7 years of experience. Master's degree and/or a CPA is a plus!RESPONSIBILITIES:* Lead FP&A process including budgeting, forecasting, planning, long-range planning and financial modeling* Create monthly and quarterly financial reports for management review* Analyze cash flow, market trends, and KPI reporting* Work cross-functionally with multiple different business units within the organization* Build complex financial models and present findings to senior leadership* Work with the Senior Manager and VP of Finance on business and operational performance metrics* Other strategic projects as neededQUALIFICATIONS:* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or Economics* 4-7 years of experience * CPA or MBA / MSF is a plus* Strong attention to detail and communication skills
