IN A NUTSHELL--- This role is to help drive the teams towards the day's goals and help them prioritize or switch gears when necessary. This includes the daily maintenance of menu decisions, product storage, intake, and continuous live tracking within the Seed to Sale System and METRC. Inventory Specialists play a critical role in ensuring that all monitoring of inventory is compliant with all RMD regulations. This role is with NETA, one of the renowned retail brands under the Parallel umbrella. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING Follow NETA Policies & Procedures for the daily operations and fully comply with state medical marijuana regulationsWork in close coordination with the Inventory ManagementUtilize the inventory management system to transfer, track and adjust inventory, including inventory auditsResponsible for inventory, recordkeeping, auditing, and quality control of all productsCoordinates product tracking and ensuring proper inventory levels at each dispensary locationAcquires and documents samples for testing, and performs remediation for failed product testingCoordinates with the Transportation Team for accurate product transfer to dispensariesFacilitating and coordinating inventory levels between the Marijuana Infused Products (MIP) Lab, Harvest and Vault Responsible for accurately counting, weighing, creating labels, labeling, and recording all medical productWorks in a timely manner and strives to increase productivityCreate and maintain an organized and consistent stocking and packaging systems for both existing and new products.Ensures that all MIP products are packaged and inventoried accurately; and that all flower product is labeled correctlyReceive and confirm all returned medical products from dispensariesWill handle all LL movements, conversions, and Lab samples for the MIP Lab and KitchenDaily reporting, data entry and analysis of lab resultsMaintain a clean and safe work environment that supports the VaultWorks in a timely manner and strives to increase productivity
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS YOU'LL BRING Superior communication skills. Must be highly organized and have extreme attention to detail while multitaskingDetailed knowledge of the Seed to Sale System, Virtual Gateway software, and NETA operating proceduresGeneral knowledge of Google Documents and Microsoft Excel.Ability to deal with problems and resolve in a timely and professional mannerMust have full time open availability, every weekend availabilitySolution-orientedAge 21 or over (Required)High School Diploma or equivalent (Required)Valid Government-Issued Photo ID (Required)
