largest humanitarian network? Job Description: We are looking for a
full-time Genetic Analyst to join our HLA team in Dedham, MA. This
position would be a salaried, day-shift position working Monday -
Friday This is a very collaborative position working with other
Analysts on the team, but an ability to work independently is very
important as well.
Qualifications include a 4-year degree in a science related field.
ASHI or ASCP Medical Technologist certification or equivalent is
strongly preferred. Experience working in a laboratory setting in a
hospital, reference laboratory, blood bank or similar is required.
Perform all duties and responsibilities in compliance with standard
operating procedures, Safety Quality Identity Potency Purity
(SQUIPP), regulations outlined in the Code of Federal Regulations
(CFR), Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and
other applicable Federal, state and local regulations.
1.--Follows detailed protocols for conducting experiments,
analysis, testing, etc.
2.--Analysis of technical data provided by Technologists.
3.Summarizes and documents results, prepares technical reports as
required and prepares manuscripts summarizing projects and results
for review and first draft patient write ups.
4.--Remains current on scientific work being done in specific
