Fast paced and physical warehouse work - why pay for a gym
membership when you can get paid while working out?
Warehouse duties include loading, unloading, and sorting of
packages of various sizes.
Part time FedEx Ground employees work one shift a day; full time
FedEx Ground employees work two shifts.
Shift lengths vary based on package volume - generally part time
employees work between 3 and 6 hours a day. Full time employees can
expect to work between 6 and 10 hours.
Overtime paid after 40 hours a week.

Pay Enhancement Program:
- Extra $4/HR for Full Time Package Handlers
(9/5/21 - 1/1/22)
- Extra $2/HR on Weekends (10 PM Friday - 10 AM Monday) for Full
Time and Part Time Package Handlers
(11/19/21 - 1/3/22)
Sign On Bonus:
-Bonus Amount Paid Out After Total Days Worked
- 30 Days $100
- 60 Days $150
- 90 Days $250
(9/5/21 - 12/4/21)
- For each package handler that you refer that works in the Natick
location for 45 days, you will receive $350 if you are also still
an active employee during the 45 Days. Unlimited Referral
