Job Description:

The IT Field/Onsite & Remote Helpdesk System Support Services Technician is responsible for all the onsite and/or remote service and support needs of our customers. Specifically, as it relates to, all of their technology needs, to include: workstations, servers, printers, networks, and vendor specific hardware and software.


To help our customers' business succeed by delivering outstanding customer service through the management and execution of their service requests.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage and Execute Field and/or Remote Help Desk Service Requests
  • Customer Service
  • Maintain Time and Expense up-to-date daily in Connectwise CRM
  • Maintain Client and Company Documentation
  • Participate in the On-Call Rotation
  • Maintain Overall Service Utilization
  • Stay Up-To-Date on CurrentFuture Technology

    Essential Duties:
    • IT support relating to technical issues involving Microsoft's core business applications and customer line of business applications.
    • Troubleshoot infrastructure solutions including routers, switches, remote access solutions, wireless access points, servers, printers, and desktop technologies
    • Administer hosted and cloud-based solution services including Microsoft Office 365 and its related technologies such as email archiving, encryption, etc. as well as technologies that meet customer requirements.
    • Ability to analyze existing infrastructure deficiencies and present recommendations for improvement
    • Knowledge of VOIP based PBX systems and concepts
    • Communication with customers as required: keeping them informed of incident progress, notifying them of impending changes or agreed outages
    • Utilize our Remote Management tools to perform work on customer environments and troubleshoot higher-level system alerts
    • Effective use of troubleshooting tools to quickly resolve issues
    • System documentation to include system reviews and recommendations

      Salary Range:

      $35,000 - $60,000 Annual Salary

      • 3 to 4+ Years of Industry Experience
      • Associates Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field or equivalent vocational school, technical training, or military training in a relevant field a plus.
      • IT Certifications, such as:
        • Microsoft
          • MOS
          • MTA
          • MCSA
          • CompTIA
            • Fundamentals
            • A+
            • Network+
