Waterstone is expanding our Healthcare practice. -We are seeking a Project Manager with operations, planning, and construction experience within the Healthcare sector. - The role will be leading operational projects, in an active Hospital or Medical Office Building (MOB), from the initial planning phase through the final close-out post-move-in.

Responsibilities:
Independently lead and manage multiple healthcare projects, inclusive of construction and renovations of surgical and clinical spaces from start to finish - on schedule, within budget.
Constantly strive to build client trust and confidence in Waterstone, by reinforcing our proven processes and technology while communicating the Waterstone value proposition effectively.
Build and Continually Reinforce Relationship with Clients from C-Suite to engineering and facilities.
Proactively manage project teams and be involved with contracts, budgets, schedules, design, production, and construction administration meetings.
Manage the design process from programming, through basic services and construction administration.
Coordinate daily construction and development activities associated with project assignments.
Participate in site tours, helping identify optimal facilities that meet client needs and space program requirements, while highlighting risks and costs associated with landlord and tenant improvements.
Proactively communicate with client groups and appropriate organizational departments regarding open items, issues, and opportunities, as well as the status of special projects
Work to collaboratively resolve any escalated issues through appropriate internal channels, proactively communicating with all stakeholders
Engage client technical and compliance groups to assure all procedures are followed
Maintain a solid understanding of applicable Federal, State, and local codes and requirements for projects, including State DPH requirements to assist clients through our rapidly changing healthcare environment
Maintain industry knowledge by taking advantage of internal and external education; regularly communicating the effect of industry developments and trends to client groups

Qualifications:
10+ years of project management experience, in healthcare or similar fields
4-year degree in building construction, engineering, architecture, or a related field
LEED, CCM, CHC, or PMP certification a plus
Local Healthcare experience is a plus, but not required.
Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to interact with physicians, executives, and management and line-level external and internal clients.
Understanding of the requirements for business relocation as well as the ability to manage a project in a facility that remains open for business throughout the project.
Familiarity with and sensitivity to issues that involve life safety, D.P.H. standards, and infection control
Ability to build strong client trust
Flexible mentality: willing and capable of performing varied tasks and adapting to change
Must be energetic, outgoing, and self-motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Expertise in Microsoft Office suite of products
