Nitsch Engineering is looking for a dynamic Transportation Design Engineer with 2-4 years of hands-on practical experience to join our team in the Boston, Lawrence, or Worcester Offices. The ideal candidate must have experience in preparing Traffic Impact Reports for land development projects within urban and suburban areas; should be familiar with preparing traffic impact analyses, transportation permitting documents, and construction management plans; must be experienced in AutoCAD (Civil 3D preferred) and knowledgeable with using SYNCHRO 11 traffic analysis software. The ideal candidate must possess strong communication skills, technical writing skills, multi-tasking, and the ability to work in a team environment.
