Salesforce Service Cloud Consulting Lead - U.S. Remote

Job Description:

Applicants must reside in the U.S. and be legally authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. This position is a full-time direct hire (W2) remote opportunity although up to 25% travel may be required within the US as needed for onsite client meetings.

The Salesforce Service Cloud Consulting Lead collaborates with clients to assess their business processes and technologies and then recommends solution options to ensure successful delivery of business objectives. This role provides technical expertise and designs, develops, enhances and maintains business applications on the Salesforce platform.

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitates business process reviews to identify client requirements and processes.
  • Translates client requirements into Salesforce design, leveraging best practices and minimizing the need for custom development.
  • Configures Salesforce Service Cloud
  • Maximizes leverage within Salesforce governance limits while maintaining flexibility for unknown factors (e.g., data size, complexity of transformation/mapping, etc.)
  • Builds reusable code and libraries for future use
  • Collaborates with other team members and stakeholders
  • Verifies user authentication and authorization between multiple systems
  • Performs integration of multiple data sources into Salesforce
  • Outputting data in different formats
  • Mentors team members throughout the project lifecycle on both technology and process
  • Designs, reviews, and manages the execution of test plans and ensures a quality solution is delivered
  • Maintains high CSAT

    Requirements:
    • Minimum 10 years work experience with 2-3 years of hands-on experience implementing Salesforce Service Cloud and Community/Experience Cloud solutions
    • Bachelor's degree preferred
    • Capable to demonstrate OOTB best practice implementation demo on Service Cloud and Community/Experience cloud
    • Must have Salesforce Service Cloud specialist certification; developer certification is plus
    • Experience in implementing omni-channel for Service Cloud and Community Cloud solutions
    • 1+ year of relational database experience (e.g., SQL or Oracle)
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Demonstrated product development experience (not just internal apps or client projects)
    • Must be organized, detail-oriented and have strong business analyst skills with the ability to rapidly learn and utilize new concepts, business models, and technologies
    • Must be a team player with demonstrated consulting and customer service skills and a desire to drive a project to a successful result
