We give.Data Analyst: WholesaleCuraleafWholesale performs various advanced analytics, statistical analyses, and data visualization exercises to understand Curaleaf's sale performance and market impact in the states with a wholesale presence. The data analyst's role will focus on growing our wholesale data integrity, building reports, and developing processes so that we can operate on data driven insights to improve performance across the wholesale business. This role will focus on connecting and collecting strategic/competitive intelligence from various data sources: internal, external, and public. Distill data from various sources into actionable insight and present work product to senior leadership.Responsibilities:

  • Assume ownership of analytical support for the Wholesale business: stakeholder management, dataset creation, and opportunity identification
  • Serve as the SME across the broader analytics organization on market/competitive intelligence platforms
  • Create complete cohesive data stories in the appropriate medium to drive actions and inform strategy
  • Identify and define requirements for onboarding of new data sources, share documentation and code across the team to amplify impact
  • Integrate into the insights team maintaining an environment of transparency and collaboration
  • Partner with adjacent support (finance, IT…) to continuously improve process and assets Qualifications:Experience: Prior experience in analytics, data science, or management consulting with a proven track record of creating business impact.Education: A bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, computer science, economics, engineering, operations research or another related STEM field or similar demonstrated experience.Other knowledge, skills, or abilities:
    • Knowledge:
      • Prior Cannabis, CPG, Food/Beverage industry
      • B2B, Wholesale, Marketing functional experience
      • Statistical inference, Hypothesis Development, Study Design
      • ML/AI, A/B testing
      • Skills:
        • SQL (T-SQL, Postgres, Snowflake)
        • R/Python/Julia or other language
        • Tableau/PowerBI/Looker or similar DataViz toolset
        • Abilities:
          • Strong communication and confidence presenting to senior leadership
          • Translate vague or incomplete business questions into structured data interrogation
          • Humor, humility and a passion for continuous development; bring yourself to work This role may be filled at an associate data analyst, data analyst, or senior data analyst level depending on this skills and experience of the candidate.
