Handle incoming and outgoing mail and express packages.
Use Outlook calendar and e-mail for communication.
Order and store breakroom supplies including coffee, soda and
condiments for the shop.
Order and maintain inventory of company and customer parts.
Process invoices and accurately track spend.
Order shop and office supplies, as needed.
Pursue the company's business objectives.
Pursue the priorities and urgency of the business activities for
successful shop operations.
Acquire and apply new and innovative approaches within the work
Effectively translate ideas into actions within the work group and
advance them within the company.
Effectively contribute ideas and processes within the company to

Qualifications and Competencies
Excellent oral and written communication skills; outgoing
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook.
Strong organization and administration skills.
Strong-willed, professional, and friendly with a positive

General business knowledge required.
Must be able to maintain absolute confidentiality and
High School Diploma or GED.
1 - 2 years administrative office experience.
