Job Title: Blackstone Life Sciences, Analyst
Job Description & Responsibilities:
Develop detailed financial models to support rigorous investment
underwriting and decision-making for royalty, fixed payment, equity
and debt deal structures
Research market perspectives including analyst forecasts
Create presentations for internal and external stakeholders
Manage deal pipeline workstreams, including through prelim and full
diligence
Support investment memo writing
Help monitor existing investments and support the deal team
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should have:
Bachelor's degree Life Sciences or an Economic discipline
preferred
1+ years life sciences investment banking or consulting
experience
Superb communication skills, both written and verbal to work
closely with entire investment team, including direct interactions
with Blackstone Senior Managing Directors
Strong analytical skills and experience with tools including Excel,
PowerPoint, and Salesforce.com
Well-organized and detail-oriented
Critical thinker with solution-oriented mindset
Ability to work independently, if needed, and navigate a dynamic
environment including partnership with various stakeholders to
accomplish key initiatives

Expected annual base salary range:
$70,000 - $125,000 Actual base salary within that range will be
determined by several components including but not limited to the
individual's experience, skills, qualifications and job location.
For roles located outside of the US, please disregard the posted
salary bands as these roles will follow a separate compensation
process based on local market comparables.
Additional compensation: Base salary does not include other forms
of compensation or benefits offered in connection with the
advertised role.
