Description:Dav-Tech Plating Inc. is the premiere metal plating company in the U.S. specializing in coatings for products used in the defense, medical, automotive and electronics industries. We are looking for a full time Shipping and Receiving expert to greet customers when they arrive with product, arrange delivery, pick-up, and shipping of customer products along with packaging and wrapping parts/boxes of products for customers. Benefits include health insurance, 401K, paid time off, dental, life insurance, and competitive pay based on experience.Requirements:Responsibilities of Shipping and ReceivingEnter beginning information of customer's job into computer system to start the process of the incoming job.Greet customersVerify incoming products/materials with appropriate documentation Coordinate shipping, delivery, and pick-up of customer product Organize the loading dockLoading and unloading trucks.Screening/entering the beginning information on travelersPutting together and packaging product for out trucks and customer trucksQualifications for Shipping and ReceivingRead, speak, and write English.Minimum of 2 years' experience with shipping and/or receiving involving UPS, FEDEX, and a variety of transportation companies.Strong multi-tasking skills.Operate a fork truck safely.Lift and carry 50 lbs. unassisted.PI200526145
