This is a fantastic opportunity to enable the exchange and integration of healthcare information between payers and providers at scale. What you will do:

• Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and systems to promote FHIR adoption and interoperability
• Lead with a partnership first model to build relationships with EMR developers and health system IT teams
• Act as a interoperability standards evangelist both internally and industry wide, promoting its benefits and best practices
• Represent the organization at interoperability related events and conferences
• Collaborating with technical teams to implement and test interoperability solutions, including APIs and message queues.
• Operational responsibility for interoperability programs broadly to ensure services are delivered with a high degree of quality and accuracy. Your background and characteristics:
  • At least 5 years of experience in healthcare interoperability, with a focus on FHIR
  • Proven ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities related to healthcare interoperability and FHIR
  • Hands on experience with CRD, PAS and DTR implementations
  • Experience with software development lifecycles and related tools (e.g., bug trackers, software repositories, and code testing frameworks, etc.).
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to represent and explain complex technical concepts to a variety of audiences
