WHAT YOU'LL DO
Work with EPAM's clients and EPAM teams to shape-up AI/ML driven
solutions' technology vision
Drive end-to-end Data Science and AI projects/programs
Work on EPAM's Data Science and AI offerings
Take active part in growing EPAM team's capacity and capability,
including building new competencies, selecting and mentoring new
team members
REQUIREMENTS
5+ years' experience as Data Science Lead, Machine Learning
Engineering Lead or similar roles
Hands-on Data Science experience, focused experience in one of the
following domains: computer vision, NLP, recommender systems, time
series analytics
Experience in Supervised and Unsupervised Learning
Machine Learning Engineering/ Production delivery experience,
MLOps. Experience working with one or more major cloud
providers
Knowledge of one or more of the following technologies: Python,
ML/AI, Big Data (Hadoop, Spark, Hive, etc.), AWS, Docker,
Kubernetes, DB (PlSql, HQL, Mongo)
Excellent grasp of technology positioning for business (ideally
with expertise in at least one of the following: HC/LS, Financial
Services, Media or Telecom, track record of driving business value
using DataScience and MLOps
Understanding of Data Science engineering excellence and delivery
processes

This position operates in a remote capacity, but you must live
within driving distance to an EPAM office. Your recruiter will

reasonably expect to pay the selected candidate. The range provided
reflects base salary only. Individual compensation offers within
the range are based on a variety of factors, including, but not
limited to: geographic location, experience, credentials,
education, training; the demand for the role; and overall business
and labor market considerations. Most candidates are hired at a
salary within the range disclosed. Salary range: $119k - $190k In
