Job Description:

Job Title: Construction Estimator
Responsibilities:
Review project plans, specifications, and related documents to determine project requirements.
Conduct a thorough analysis of project scope, materials, labor, and other relevant factors to prepare accurate cost estimates.
Collaborate with sales, engineering, and project management teams to gather necessary information and clarify project details.
Identify and quantify cost factors, including labor, equipment, materials, subcontractors, and any other relevant expenses.
Utilize industry-specific software and tools to generate detailed estimates and cost breakdowns.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Proven experience as an Estimator in a similar industry, preferably [industry/sector].
Proficiency in using estimating software and tools.
Knowledge of construction codes, regulations, and industry standards.
Professional certifications (e.g., Certified Estimating Professional) are a plus.
