to hire a Compliance Analyst. In this role, you will work directly
with our COO / CCO to monitor business processes and perform
regulatory self-testing to identify potential compliance risks. You
will also help implement new policies, systems, or controls
designed to reduce risk.Stride believes in the power of education

passion!What You'll Do
- Work directly with the compliance team to resolve issues,
propose solutions, and help drive strategic business
objectives.
- Support drafting and monitoring of policies and procedures
related to a variety of student lending compliance regulations such
as fair lending, Regulation Z, UDAAP, etc.
- Perform ongoing compliance tasks including reviewing marketing
materials, addressing member complaints, conducting compliance risk
assessments, drafting compliance reports for senior management,
etc.
- Work alongside our lending-as-a-service partner and internal
compliance team to support the administration of our Compliance
Management Program
- Build strong relationships and lines of communication with
various business units.
- Perform other ad hoc responsibilities as assigned.Role
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or similar (e.g. accredited compliance
certification combined with lending compliance experience).
- J.D. or paralegal certification not required but
desirable.
- Strong writing and research skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work across
disciplines.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work well independently.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.What We
