Position Purpose
The Data Platform Solution Consultant will develop and execute the market strategy for our data and analytics platform, 'Orchestral', primarily in North America, and globally as required. Through market knowledge, customer insights & engagement, and collaboration with subject matter experts, you ensure Orion Health maintains a competitive advantage. Work with business development and sales functions to define the go-to market strategy, and work with Product Teams and R&D to ensure the features and functionality required of our data and analytics offerings are known, and that we are positioned for success. Support the Sales Strategy by understanding customer problem statements, the market dynamics the customer operates in, technology, competition, sales channels, trends and anything else required to ensure the data and analytics platform is successful in the market.
Success in this role looks like---
Establishing go to market strategies in non traditional healthcare market segments such as Payer, Pharma, and other target customer types, and also exploring other Orion Health products/solutions with these segments.

  • Working with Sales & Marketing, Commercial & Bid Management, reporting to the regional leader for North America, you will be accountable for the commercial and strategic success of the data and analytics product and services suite of offerings, driving business growth, customer satisfaction and organisational performance

    Internal Customers

    • LOB owners, Global Marketing & Sales, Operations & Regional Services, NA Commercial & Bid Management

      External Customers

      • Clients, Prospects, Analysts and Partners

        Key Responsibilities
        Driving Growth & Profitability

        • Accountable for the data and analytics go-to-market strategy for primarily North America, and globally as required
        • Jointly responsible with the Chief Revenue Officer for achievement of relevant revenue targets in North America
        • In conjunction with Marketing, identify and develop promotional plans and product support material requirements, content and design
        • Develop approaches and tools to measure the value of your products to customers to demonstrate key benefits, ROI and real-world case studies
        • Work with Sales to Marketing to identify and develop profitable sales opportunities

                  • Providing independent opinions on complex client problems, novel initiatives and assists with handling priority issues

                    Relevant Experience

                    • Experience managing P&L
                    • Exceptional marketing and analytical skills
                    • Experience leading strategy throughout an organisation, including working with development and services teams, and supporting sales & marketing strategy, especially through expert knowledge.
                    • Experience with product life cycle & product management

                      Qualifications

                      • 10+ years of experience working in a health software or a professional services organisation as a Product Manager, Solution Consultant or relevant role preferred
                      • Bachelor's Degree in a technical and/or business related subject preferred
