Do you want to be part of the Strategy, Planning, and Business Management Center of Excellence (COE) function within the Office of the CIO?\u00A0 We are looking for a Principal Data Analyst - Strategy and Planning who will demonstrate strategic, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to support the strategic planning process and business management processes for domains within Fidelity Technology, including driving strategic alignment within Fidelity Technology and the broader Fidelity organization.
This role is highly analytical and requires delivery of results as both an individual contributor and through influence in a highly matrixed, fast-paced organization.\u00A0 Your responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the articulation of the Fidelity Technology and Enterprise Technology domain strategies, including objectives and critical metrics and strategic work efforts
  • Assessing progress against Fidelity Technology goals and supervising key performance indicators to provide insights about the effectiveness of the Fidelity Technology (or individual domain) strategies
  • Maintaining integrity of and adherence to routines, structure, and coordination to ensure execution of Fidelity Technology strategy
  • Optimizing the operating model by leveraging the data insights to enhance scale and efficiency
  • Experience presenting and delivering meaningful insights in a simple, clear and actionable way.The Expertise and Skills You Bring
    • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
    • 3-7 years of relevant experience in strategy and planning functions
    • Demonstrated success at working on teams that deliver complex strategic transformation and growth projects
    • Exceptional analytical, communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
    • Self-starter with strong performance orientation and a \u201Cno surprise\u201D approach
    • Strategic and creative problem solver think creatively and provide a big picture view of possibilities
    • Ability to lead and work on teams to successfully deliver on sophisticated initiatives
