Job Description: Water Damage Technician-Crew Chief Puritan Flood Restoration - Norwood, MA Puritan Flood Restoration is seeking a highly motivated Water Damage Technician-Crew Chief to join our fast-growing team in Norwood, MA. As a Water Damage Technician-Crew Chief, you will play a critical role in restoring homes and properties affected by water damage. This is a full-time position where you will be required to work onsite. We offer a competitive salary ranging from $45,000 to $55,000 per year. Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a team of water damage restoration technicians
• Assess and evaluate water damage situations to determine appropriate restoration methods
• Conduct water extraction, drying, and dehumidification processes using industry-leading equipment
• Perform mold remediation and ensure proper sanitation and disinfection
• Effectively communicate with clients and provide outstanding customer service
• Create detailed reports documenting restoration progress
• Maintain inventory of equipment and supplies
• Adhere to safety procedures and protocols at all times Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in water damage restoration or a related field
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Knowledge of water extraction, drying, and dehumidification techniques
  • Ability to operate and maintain restoration equipment
  • Proficiency in mold remediation processes
