Citizens Financial Group, Inc. (CFG) seeks a Data Analyst for its Westwood, MA location.

Duties: Formulates and applies quantitative analytics and optimization methods to design, develop, and implement visualization dashboards. Utilizes Tableau Desktop to facilitate the interpretation and analysis of management information. Develops insights and solutions aligned with strategic initiatives through actionable, accessible, and understandable data visualizations. Analyzes and defines data flows and dependencies and makes recommendations to improve data extraction and presentation methods. Refines and grows reporting and analysis capabilities. Designs and implements business intelligence solutions, including requirements gathering, design, development, solution delivery, and end-user training. Uses knowledge of Agile processes to develop custom reports and data visualization products using large data sets. Engineers dashboards, backend SQL servers, and data queries to enable efficient methods for editing SQL Server databases, tracking inventories, monitoring data sources, and providing full-stack systems. Utilizes agile project management and source code repository to track project-level bugs and manage environmental issue tracking.

Requirements: Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field and 1 (one) year of experience, gained either through industry experience or graduate level academic studies. At least one (1) year of experience must include: Using BI and analytical tools, including Tableau, to develop innovative and insightful data visualizations; Utilizing Data Exploratory Analysis to make complex data more accessible, understandable, and usable; Utilizing mathematical logical principles to analyze and define tasks, data flow, and dependencies; and Improving data presentation methods and systems using data analytics to refine and grow reporting and analysis capabilities. Experience must also include: Utilizing SQL Server databases to track inventories and monitor data sources; Engineering dashboards, backend SQL servers, and data queries to enable efficient SQL server editing, inventory tracking, and data source monitoring; Utilizing agile project management and source code repositories to track project-level bugs and manage environmental issue tracking; Designing and implementing business intelligence solutions, including conducting requirements gathering, designing, development, solutions delivery, and end-user training; Using business intelligence tools, including Tableau, Alteryx, and MS SQL Server, to fulfill reporting needs and identifying solutions that provide business value; and Developing custom reports and data visualization products using large data sets to transform data into actionable insights.
