Collins Aerospace is seeking a Digital Hardware Electrical Engineer
to serve at a work center with an emphasis on communications
products. The primary work product is the complete digital design
of a PWB from inception through layout and assembly.
Responsibilities include the ability to follow hardware design
requirements, observe design checklists, adhere to accepted
processes, prepare design documentation and work within a team
environment. The ability to coordinate with layout engineers,
systems engineers, mechanical engineers, test engineers, FPGA &
Software engineers is a must. Moreover, proficiency with analog and
mixed-signal circuits is desirable.
The successful candidate must be a self-starter and adapt to
rapidly changing circumstances, effectively network, and
communicate at all levels of the organization to ensure successful
completion of projects in support of aggressive schedules. Other
desirable attributes include operating with the highest level of
personal integrity and be able to work under own initiative, calm
under pressure and responsive to change with a logical approach to
technical problem resolution and decision making.

The salary range for this role is 64,000 USD - 128,000 USD. The
salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of
all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending
an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and
associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience,
