Founded in 1981, Abiomed has a proven track record for growth, integrity and innovation.The Supply Chain Business Systems Analyst II is part of the global Supply Chain organization and will consult on optimization and effectiveness of business processes in the supply chain organization. This includes reviewing underlying systems, their design, architecture, configuration, and fit for existing or optimized business processes.\rThe ideal candidate has a passion for figuring out how to leverage system solutions to optimize supply chain performance and capabilities. They will partner with functional leads/SME's, business stakeholders, and IT to interpret business objectives and translate them into user requirements and workable technology solutions. They will monitor performance and help to quickly resolve any technical issues or constraints.\rPrincipal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the creation of solutions and introduction of solutions with the process owners and key users in the respective business areas.
• Lead and coordinate workshops with internal customers, process experts and IT.
• Develop and establish efficient, safe and compliant methods for supply chain.
• Ensure all requirements of your business unit are understood, documented and implemented in IT projects.
• Monitor change/development processes and accompanying system changes from change request to implementation.
• Work in cross-functional teams for MES/ERP and related systems.
• Manage or sub-project management of change requests up to the introduction of completely new sub-systems or third-party solutions.
• Develop training plans and coordinating training initiatives for functional teams.
• Proactively review processes and analyze data to identify opportunities and/or problems. Recommend and oversee actions for improvement.
• Monitor and ensure the integrity and accuracy of relevant master data maintained in SAP to support supply chain processes.\r\r
