  • This individual will be responsible for preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electro-mechanical processing and support equipment.
  • Responsibility for maintaining uptime on fab equipment; specifically photolithographic, etch, including DRIE, deposition, dicing and measurement equipment.
  • Repair/maintain semiconductor process equipment in cleanroom production/laboratory environment.
  • Installation and qualification of new equipment.
  • Initial testing and diagnostic checks of equipment.
  • Defining and executing maintenance procedures
  • Performing electrical or mechanical troubleshooting to determine problems.
  • Dismantle, adjust, repair, and assemble equipment.
  • Perform equipment set-up changes, modifications, and upgrades, supporting production and development by running equipment and building proto-types and qualification samples.
  • Improve current PM and troubleshooting tracking mechanisms
  • Assist with minor facility maintenance/repair issues as needed\r\r
