PRODUCTION COATING MANAGER Tanury Industries is a family owned and operating decorative electroplating business in Lincoln for the past 75 years. We are the premier decorative plater in the nation and; our work can be seen on high-end motorcycle and automotive parts, private and commercial aviation, marine hardware-even on the items you may wear such as high-end gift or jewelry items. We are looking for a skilled Production Coating Manager. Responsibilities General Department Operations and Maintenance Scheduling Production Assist in Quality Improvement and Trouble shooting Interact with Coating Supplier Attend Weekly Meetings with Management Assist in Engineering Projects Establishing Output Goals Developing Employee work Schedules including OT if required. Quality Testing Partial tickets Final tickets for billing Quality documents Labeling all box exteriors Moving the product to shipping Reviewing the open order log daily Qualifications: Experience in shop floor production management. Familiarity with coating processes. Good with people. Able to use a computer and diagnostic instruments. Can read blue prints. Background in Engineering with a 4-year degree and / or trade school education.
