As part of Axon's Digital Customer Experience (DCX) Team, you will play a crucial role in digital transformation within the Professional Services function, focusing on technology-driven improvements.As a Sr Business Systems Analyst, you will enable Professional Services to scale and optimize operations through technology. You will collaborate with leaders and stakeholders to understand needs, deliver digital solutions, automate workflows, and improve customer interactions, serving as the subject matter expert for digital transformation initiatives.What You'll DoLocation: This role requires you to be based within a commutable distance to one of our main US R&D hubs (Scottsdale, AZ; Boston, MA; Seattle, WA; Atlanta, GA; or San Francisco, CA), with flexibility for remote work.Reports to: Director, Digital Customer Experience

• Act as the primary IT liaison for Professional Services, understanding business processes and identifying automation and optimization opportunities.
• Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical solutions to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with developers, analysts, and IT leadership to design, configure, and enhance enterprise systems, mainly in Salesforce and other customer-facing platforms.
• Develop and implement system enhancements, including configurations, automation, and custom development as needed.
• Support data integration efforts across tools and platforms, ensuring data consistency and reliability.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, provide system support, and recommend improvements for a better user experience.
• Conduct testing, validation, and user training to ensure successful adoption of new features.
• Leverage data insights and feedback to continually improve digital workflows and business processes.What You BringBasic Qualifications:
  • 3+ years experience in Salesforce business systems analysis, administration, or development.
  • 1+ years experience with Salesforce automation tools (Apex, Flow), custom objects, and integrations.
  • Knowledge of relational databases and ability to query using SQL, SOQL, or similar.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or Python for report building.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.Preferred Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in MIS, CIS, CS, or related field.
    • Experience with Taskray.
    • Knowledge of programmatic development using APEX, LWC, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, REST APIs.
    • Experience with Git or GitHub.
