Job Description:
Ring is looking for a Sr. Product Delivery Manager to help our
multi-site device hardware/software development teams deliver
highly cross-functional products and accessories. You will work
closely with our Monitoring and Accessories team to plan and
coordinate the execution of complex business needs, while
simultaneously keeping your team focused on meeting their own
commitments. You will engage with an experienced cross-disciplinary
staff to conceive of and design innovative products as well as
maintain existing platforms. Sr. Product Delivery Manager at Ring
must be capable of sorting through many competing priorities,
defining processes that improve execution, championing Engineering
best practices, executing with agility, and succeeding in a complex
and fast paced environment. As a Device Launch Sr. Product Delivery
Manager you will manage all system software aspects and
cross-functional dependencies of a product development and launch.
Working on legacy products as well as managing and planning for
future products are part of this role’s responsibilities. If that

responsibilities • Own end to end Accessory product development
from concept to launch • Collaborate with Business, Engineering,
and other internal teams to solve business needs • Work with remote
and multi-site teams to develop and deploy related software &
hardware components • Communicate regularly with senior management
on status, risks, and change control • Be expected to dive deep
into the technical details of the program • Dive deep in dissecting
and resolving customer reported, technical issues • Proactively
solve day-to-day challenges and exercise sound judgment About the
team The Monitoring and Accessories team is an integral part of
Ring and works cross functionally in a highly agile fashion to
support the business. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - 5 years of technical
product or program management experience - 7 years of working
directly with engineering teams experience - 3 years of project
management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality,
along with risk and critical path management experience -
Experience managing programs across cross functional teams,
building processes and coordinating release schedules PREFERRED
QUALIFICATIONS - 5 years of project management disciplines

the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base
pay for this position ranges from $133,900/year in our lowest
geographic market up to $231,400/year in our highest geographic
market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market
location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills,
