They use our systems to collect, store, and deliver imaging, adverse event, and endpoint data worldwide.--AG Mednet's products are at the vanguard of clinical trials, enabling development programs for all major pharma, biotech, and device companies worldwide.----About this Role:--We are seeking a high-energy, driven individual with ten or more years of experience as a Sales Engineer to serve as the technical/product expert in all sales activity. You will be driving new business opportunities to address increased market demand for our product and our innovative service offerings.--You will hand in hand with the Business Development team to provide clients with custom demos by product line. You will work collaboratively with the Product Management team to maximize client adoption of new features and products.--You will be the key point of contact both internally and externally on AG Mednet product features, functionalities, use cases, and the product roadmap. Your specific responsibilities include:Create and deliver custom product demonstrations for global pharmaceutical and CRO clients engaged in Clinical Trials.Establish a strong understanding of the client's desired outcomes and the technology match with the AG Mednet product suite.Provide technical expertise to the Business Development team, using in-depth knowledge of the AG Mednet product suite, and an understanding of client work processes and infrastructure.Lead the technical response on all RFP's and RFI's. Optimize the quality and speed of response by maintaining a library of up-to-date content.Assist with pre-sales activity such as identifying client prospects, strategizing with the BD team on account planning.Create and maintain a feedback loop between Product Management and the BD team to infuse client demos with the latest product features and functionality, as well as provide Product Management with client insights and needs.Builds a formal hand-off process with Project Management/Service Delivery team to optimize the delivery and implementation of client configurations and technical requirements.Participate in trade shows and industry events, showcasing the products, and providing technical consultation in customer meetings.About you:You have five-plus years partnering with Sales Executives as the technical expert on SaaS products sold into the life sciences/clinical operations arena.You are a confident and polished presenter, with the ability to focus not only on "what" the product is capable of, but "how" the client organization will be advantaged in their workflows by adopting AG Mednet tech.You have established yourself in the industry with strong client relationships that you will leverage to grow our AG Mednet client base.You have a very good understanding of terms such as CFR Part 11, anonymize, endpoint, adverse event, workflow, Phase I, II, III and IV, EDC, Safety, and compliance.You are familiar with the clinical development process.You are familiar with imaging modalities and/or clinical event adjudication processes.You have experience navigating within one or more organizations such as CROs, imaging core labs, pharmaceutical, medical device, or biotechnology companies.The position will require up to 50% travel to client sites, trade shows.Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline.--We are a diverse group of professionals dedicated to creating an inclusive environment for everyone.
