Job Description:
ZinCo USA, Inc., the international pioneer in designing and
manufacturing green roof systems for high density urban areas is
seeking a full time associate to join our team in Stoughton, MA.
Position responsibilities include: -Consulting with architects and
contractors - Quoting to contractors - Tracking quoted projects
from bid date to completion maintaining database - Keeping the
quoting & filing, orders & logistics of the team organized and
efficient - Verbal interface with firm's sales force and customers
- Assist customer service with order fulfillment and logistics as
needed - Technical guidance - Implement and maintain social media
program - Maintain and update project archive - CRM specialist
within the company - Marketing support Talented self-starter who is
a team player with good verbal and written communication skills.
Individual must be detail oriented, be good with numbers, organized
and enjoy being a part of a very fast paced business environment in
which multi-tasking is the daily norm. Candidates must have
experience in Landscape Architecture, or Landscape design
build.
