By integrating and synchronizing all types of sensors into a single platform, iMotions provides researchers with access to deeper and richer insights - and the most complete picture of human behavior.Position Overview:iMotions is searching for a driven Customer Solutions Specialist/ Sales Executive with a consultative mindset and passion for software and hardware technology to join our growing team. We're looking for a sales consultant with resilience, someone who's prepared to work with straight talking clients and not afraid to be knocked back a few times before you have any success. You can build relationships with corporate decision makers or academic professors to sell a product or service. The ideal individual will have complex B2B sales experience selling to commercial companies and/or higher education with a proven track record of meeting targets. You'll work for a respected brand within the research industry, stationed in a modern office with a team with individual career ambitions they're looking to meet.As a Customer Solutions Specialist you'll ensure our researcher clients are set up for success by aligning our software, hardware, and service solutions to their needs. You'll do this by driving inbound leads from qualification to close, leveraging our expert technical and scientific teams along the way. Those who thrive in this role are proactive, organized in their sales processes, and driven by the success of our clients. You will also secure appointments and conduct product demonstrations online and offline in conjunction with our product specialist team of neuroscientists; and follow up appropriately with all contacts. You will possess or archive insight about complex software technology and Human AI.Essential Duties:* Create customized quotes based on consultative needs assessments.* Build presentations for large groups of decision makers and drive actionable outcomes.* Track and update customer sales information and status of pipelines in Salesforce CRM* Monitor customer, market, and competitor activity and provide feedback.* Ensure handoffs to Customer Success Managers so they are successful and exceed customer's satisfaction.* Minimal travel is required. The individual will be based out of Boston, MA.Qualifications:* Bachelor's degree* 3+ years' experience driving sales in fast-paced technology environment (Higher education sales, Ed Tech strongly preferred)* Demonstrated success in technical product sales and interest in innovative technology* Strong interpersonal skills, ability to clearly communicate both via phone and in written format to some of the sharpest minds in the world.* Superb customer service and relationship building capabilities.* Results-oriented team player, holds him or herself accountable for performance, takes absolute ownership, and champions all aspects of the sales process.* Prior experience with Salesforce software is highly preferred.* Experience working with a start-up or small business.* Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.* Neuroscience or biosensor knowledge/ experience a big plus.* Must be authorized to work in the United States; sponsorship is not being offered at this time.Benefits:* Workplace full of passionate people driven by a mission to change the world and supporting groundbreaking research.* Professional development and advancement opportunities in a growing company* Competitive salary, commission, and benefits including Health, Dental, Vision, 401K, and 14 paid holidaysBe AWARE that during the first 3 months of onboarding you should expect that a part of the training will take place at the iMotions HQ in Copenhagen, Denmark
