We're seeking a Patient Service Representative to join our unique
intake coordination team. This team is at the epicenter of our care
delivery model - responsible for matching patient appointment
requests to our national network of providers. This dedicated
individual will join us at a time when more people than ever are
seeking remote care options.
Answer telephone calls and email requests from patients seeking
therapy and psychiatric care
Input patient information into our Referral Acceptance Management
Verify eligibility and insurance benefits, their specialty
preferences, as well as collaborate with finance for any co-pay
Scheduling appointment for patient with our national network of
Answer patient questions from patients and providers on process and
Qualifications & Skills
Outstanding attention to detail and ability to maintain notes of
Electronic medical record and/or practice management software a
Ability to effectively use computer software including but not
limited to Microsoft Office and other cloud-based platforms
Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional verbal & written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities, thrive in ambiguity, and
prioritize tasks accordingly
Strong collaborative skills

1+ Year(s) Medical Office Experience (Required)
High School Diploma or Equivalent'
