To help us expand our activities in North America, we are currently looking for a
North America Sales Representative (F/M)100 %
You are a self-starter, able to work effectively on your own. You love sales and routinely exceed your sales targets. You have a proven ability to identify and quickly qualify prospects, and efficiently follow-up on sales opportunities throughout the entire sales cycle. You are a fast learner able to understand new technologies and processes quickly. You enjoy participating in marketing and sales events and you like visiting and interacting with potential leads, with a talent for identifying in them potential customers. Besides acquiring new clients, you know how to keep customers on a long-term relationship and are recognized for your capacity in making sure the customer is happy.[MD1] [MD2]
The role entails:

  • Working closely with the North America Sales Manager you will develop and implement efficient lead generation and sales strategies to achieve sales targets and develop the territory in line with company's objectives.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients and establish long-term relationships
  • Provide timely and accurate reporting of pipeline, account plans and forecasts via the CRM
  • Visit customers and prospects, take part in road shows and attend trade events to boost company awareness, network and identify sales opportunities
  • Work as a team and collaborate with colleagues from various departments to ensure an optimal service for our current customers and prospects
  • Collect and report on market feedback
    The ideal candidate:
    • 1-3 years' experience in a sales role (preferably in scientific field sales)
    • Target driven with excellent presentation and negotiation skills
    • Demonstrate a positive attitude, motivation and perseverance to exceed sales targets
    • Well organized, team player and flexible. Availability to travel (> 50%)
    • Background in a relevant technology field and/or knowhow in bioprinting, tissue engineering or regenerative medicine would be an asset
    • Living or ready to relocate within commuting distance to Boston, MA
