Come join us at AIT and see why our employees rank us among the best places to work.Position Overview:The Domestic Operations Agent has high visibility, is the primary contact for designated customers, and responsible for the outcome of assigned projects including customer service, tracking, routing, problem resolution, vendor compliance and customer interaction. What You Will Be Doing Day-to-Day:

• Maintain day to day communication and customer service directly with customer
• Shipping and receiving customer inventory both domestic and internationally
• Maintaining accurate customer inventory
• Reporting of any damages and/or defective inventory packaging
• Ensure paperwork, labeling and scanning for accuracy
• Coordination/scheduling of carriers to meet shipping deadlines
• Responsible for processing monthly inventory

    • Associates Degree or equivalent
    • 3-5 years of warehouse and inventory management is preferred but not required
    • Freight Forwarding experience a plus
    • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, SAP and AS400 experience is helpful but not required
    • High attention to detail and ability to work independently
    • High level of organizational skills
    • Team Player focused attitude
