Job Description:

  • Design and launch processes, workflows and automation that drive internal efficiencies and uplevel the effectiveness of our Customer Care team that will deliver greater value to our customers.
  • Work closely with the Customer Care team to proactively and regularly identify challenges that require operational solutions.
  • Interface with our internal Operations team to surface Customer Care requirements, and collaborate cross functionally to design and implement solutions.
  • Work with Customer Success leaders to ensure customers are meeting their business outcomes through our products and services and work with other departments across the business such as Sales, Marketing, Enablement and Product to deliver on those outcomes.
  • Evaluate, recommend and implement systems designed to streamline Customer Success operations.
  • Work with the VP of Revenue Operations to define and refine data requirements and definitions for Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Develop and automate various reports on the state of customers, such as churn signals by product and customer health scoring.
  • Travel as needed for customer meetings and conferences.
  • Manage and drive the MBO incentive program for the Customer Care organization. Including defining targets, tracking, and reporting methodologies for those metrics. Desired Skills and Experience:
    • Minimum of 5 years experience in Sales/Success Operations role at a technology company, with demonstrable experience designing processes and automations.
    • Strong business acumen; able to translate high-level business challenges into detailed requirements and designs
    • Strong communication skills; able to collaborate with a variety of stakeholders including senior leadership and cross functional teams.
    • Excellent organization skills; experience managing project plans, meeting deadlines, and proactively raising blockers or risks.
    • Passion for continuous improvement.
    • Data driven and analytical; able to use data to measure the business impact of solutions.
    • Working knowledge to advance use of MS Office/Google applications, Salesforce.com CRM and other productivity solutions. If you are interested, please send resume to:
