Description:
Morgan Services is seeking a Route Service Driver to play a primary role in ensuring productivity and growth within the greater Boston area. The Route Service Driver is responsible and accountable to generate revenue and profit by servicing Morgan's target customers on their designated route. They will need to be professional and utilize excellent communication skills in this customer-facing role. This role reports to the Service/Branch Manager and/or Supervisor.

  Qualifications:
  
  • 
    
  • Must have current driver's license with good driving record
    
  • Comfortable & skilled with face-to-face communication & ability to build rapport with customers
    
  • Reliable, disciplined, trustworthy & uses a commonsense approach to customer issues
    
  • Highly organized and uses time efficiently with a sense of urgency
    
  • Ability to drive a step van and/or box truck & lift up to 75lbs regularly
    
  • Able to work with hand-held computer device (after training)
    
  • Willing & able to pass drug test (hair follicle), background check, and DOT physical
